In spring 2013, the organ of the Marktkirche Wiesbaden turned 150 years old. The detailed and richly illustrated commemorative publication not only contains the programs of the festival concerts (Barbara Dennerlein, Thomas J. Frank, Hans Uwe Hielscher, Günther Kaunzinger, Daniel Roth and Wolfgang Seifen), but also describes the building history of the organ and provides information with biographies of all Market Church organists since 1863 about their life and work.

In the appendix, listeners have their say and excerpts from the guestbook are quoted. Nine greetings from prominent personalities pay tribute to the jubilee and the long tradition of church music at the Marktkirche: Volker Jung (President of the EKHN), Dr. Sigurd Rink (Provost for South Nassau), Dr. Martin Mencke (Dean of the Ev. Deanery Wiesbaden), Dr. Margot Klee (Chair of the Church Council of the Marktkirchengemeinde), Volker Bouffier (Prime Minister of Hesse), Dr. Kristina Schröder (Federal Minister of Family Affairs), Axel Wintermeyer (Minister of State and Head of the Hessian State Chancellery), Dr. Helmut Müller (Mayor of the State Capital of Wiesbaden) and Rose-Lore Scholz (Head of Cultural Affairs of the City of Wiesbaden).
